Walking and Mindfulness to reduce stress

Covid-19 has effected all of us. As a result of trying to practice social distancing, we have tried to stay home as much as possible, reducing the amount of physical and mental activity that we can do. Trying to navigate our day during this unprecedented time can cause stress and anxiety. However, there are a variety of different tips and tricks to help improve mental health and reduce anxiety. A daily 15 minute exercise will keep you mentally and physically healthier and happier, and the nice thing about these activities is we can do any time any day.
