Our mission at The Longevity Foundation is to empower the community with the knowledge of exercises and activities that come from varying cultures that can help people stay physically and mentally fit.

The Longevity Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit in the United States and a Presidential Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) certifying organization. All contributions to us are tax-deductible in the United States to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our Tax ID number is 85-0606451.

We are working with our team for creating innovative initiatives to engage seniors and keep them mentally and physically fit.

Annual International Yoga day Celebrations 2023


Come join us with family and friends to celebrate the International Day of Yoga 2023
Please bring your mats, chairs / cushions, (if needed to sit upon), towels, water bottles, etc. to the practice.

General timeline of the program
8:30 – 9 a.m. – Check-in
9 – 10:15 a.m. – Yoga (warm-ups, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Laughter).
10:15 – 10:45 a.m. – Prize Distribution for the Speech and Poster Contests
10:45 – 11 a.m. – Wind up and Organize for the Wellness Walk
11 – 11:30 a.m. – Wellness Walk

Yoga practice will be led by Anu Buzruk (Yoganubhav.com), Komal Bhonagiri (yogawithkomal.com), Anitha Sapuru (Chinmaya Mission), and Vidya Nahar (vyayam.com).

Annual International Yoga day Celebrations 2022

Longevity Foundation will be hosting an annual international yoga day to bring the awareness on wellbeing.

Celebrate Father’s Day by practicing yoga with the dads in your families. 
All levels of yoga practitioners and all ages are welcome. 

Please bring your mat / chair, towel, and a water bottle.
We’ll practice some joints and glands exercises, sun salutations, deep stretches, relaxation, breathing, and laughter.
